Seen that on ebay. Sellers disposition appeared to be a bit "gruff".

Actually,he's a pretty good guy,a very straight shooter,but definately not tolerant of "tire kickers".He bought the truck to fix up and use,but his plans got changed.

It's a really straight truck,originally a lowboy tractor with a winch and very heavy duty,ASF double oscilating 5th wheel.The winch was long gone,but I am getting the 5th wheel.My plans are to install the twin turbo ENDT864 I've got in it to make it back into a true R719.

That's good. His description was pretty accurate but the delivery surely turned off bidders as it ended with none that I seen. I certainly didn't need another one or the doghouse would be populated once again; and it's cold outside.

Hope your plans go through well with it. I remember that engine in the barn.
