Can anyone share a close up picture of two of how a fifth wheel is mounted to a truck with tandems and the cast iron "stand"...looks like I would have to notch the angle to clear the tops of the stand.

Trying to figure the correct way to utilize an angle iron bolt on type...

Thanks

Leslie

Here are two different ways to mount the angle iron, angle out with plate allows for front to back adjustment, place to make stationary and ease to remove. Angle in is much cleaner look with little or no options for change. I have had good service from the Holland brand.

Thank's, has their own way of doing things. If I put it on the inside I will have to grind away some of the corner due to the angle iron chamfer on the inside.

True, but only the case when you are working on trucks with frame rails made from structural channel.
