I've got a '72 R700 with the ENDT-B865 V-8 and a six speed. The V-8 is pretty well done, just doing yard horse duties now. I have a 1987 EM6-237 from an MR with an automatic that I'd like to put in the R-700. I know I have to change the exhaust manifold and flywheel, but does anyone else know what else I have to change to get the EM6 in there (bellhousing, clutch, etc.)? Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm pretty sure this isn't the first time this has been done! I intend to keep the six speed in the R700. Thanks!

I'm not quite sure yet. I don't have the time or cash to rebuild it, I'm sorry to say, so I'd let it go. It's no prize, it can outsmoke a Blue Angel, but it yard drives, which works for me right now. It's still in the truck working, but I'd love to hear any offers on it!
