Hi all;

Are there any owners/drivers of gas powered Mack trucks that could give me an idea what gas mileage to expect or hope for when I start putting some miles on this ol' 40 EH model's EN354? I'm hoping for about 10 mpg,but expecting 7-8;is that in the ballpark?

does a little lighter foot make for a little better economy,or do they run like my old flathead eight Ford-same mileage loaded or empty,fast or slow?

As always-thanks for any info you see fit to share with me while I learn a new world.
