I have a 96 CH613 E7 350hp. Recently it has started bucking and stuttering when under load. The fuel filters have been replaced within the last month. The fuel pump(V-Mac) was rebuilt about 200,000 miles ago. When running empty it does not appear to have this problem. Any advice would be appreciated.

had a 1996 ch613 350,doing that, chased it for 3 months, wound up being a piece of grit in the throttle servo.

if you use a air hose to blow out the floor, thats how i got it. after the second time, i vaced it

Checked the throttle servo and it appears to be ok. Checked the wiring harness that goes to the pump and could find no breaks in any of the wires, but when it acts up its like you turned the key off and turned it right back on. Doesn't do this all the time and only after the truck has been running for a while.

As good measure it probably wouldn't hurt to throw a new cranshaft position sensor into the engine if it uses one. These "hall effect" devices can become intermittent with time, exposure, heat, etc.
