If you can't find any visible signs of coolant leakage it could be an internally leaking EGR cooler. My guess if you don't have any other performance related symptoms is that it is blowing out of the overflow on the radiator reservoir. The drain line for the overflow hangs down by the left steer axle spring. When coolant is forced out of the reservoir through the line it can catch air and blow away, so you won't always notice a leak there. There is a check valve type arrangement that can be added to help prevent this from happening.

The first place I would look if there's no external leaks is the egr cooler, we have had a lot of issues with them on the MP series engines. Take the exhaust outlet hose loose (on the pass.side near the front of the egr cooler) and check for coolant inside.
