Photos From The New Mack Customer Center And Museum

I was here a few months ago - very nice displays and a very nice facility.

Also neat to see where the research is completed for the old trucks, when we request it.

And, typical of his work, Matt Pfahl has done an amazing job on the B-67 that is the lead-in vehicle.

Thanks Barry! I was there in June during the ATCA show and it was very impressive. A must see for anyone traveling to the Allentown area. I am glad Vvvvvula saved and is utilizing the building and grounds. If the building could talk! I can just see the interplant MH strapped down on the chassis dyno. :SMOKIE-RT:

Awesome. That's just crept up the list of things to see when we finally get back to the US. Well done, Mack!

Doug, is your truck still in the museum?

Yep, my G-model is still in. I constantly inquire if they are ready to get rid of it. I do not want to wear out my welcome! There is supposed to be more floor space available in the future, there are trucks lined up to come in but until the space is ready everything is on hold.

Nice pictures Barry. Next time you (or anyone else here) stop by there try to get the VIN off of the gas turbine chassis.

The Cruiseliner Turbine serial number is WS760LST50540. I stopped in yesterday and was able to get it. Doug

I took a photo of your G-Mod, Doug...but it didn't come out too well. The light was a little low for my cell cam so half my pics were dark and blurry.

where is this located now?

It's at the old Mack Test Track near Allentown. Kinda hard to find but I have some good directions!

GPS does not take you directly to the Mack Customer Center so here are directions from I-78;

take Lehigh St. exit #57,

turn left onto Lehigh St. (1/2 mile),

turn left onto Valtee St. (1/2 mile),

turn right onto Grammes St. (1/4 mile),

turn left onto Lehigh Parkway South which dead ends into the Mack Customer Center (1/4 mile)
