BMT Forum Bot Posted September 27, 2011 Share Posted September 27, 2011 The American Trucking Associations won a reversal of a key piece of the Port of Los Angeles concession program for drayage carriers.In a ruling yesterday, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit threw out the LA port's plan to force independent drivers to become employees of drayage companies.
