trucknut Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 Just like the topic says, CH613 company truck,just under 460k (21000hrs).Oil analyst says coolant in oil,oil cooler was replaced once.Any idea's? rhasler Posted November 21, 2011 Share Posted November 21, 2011 Could be leaking past the pipe plugs in the water jackets of the cylinder head. I think it was around that time frame that they were having trouble with leaks from the plugs, so they started using an encapsulated epoxy on the plugs in the heads.
