As Freightrain would say, i'm late to the party, I see you've got it figured out. But here's what I do- click "more reply options" if I want to post a picture- not necessary if you're starting a new post.

Then at the bottom where it says "attach files" I click on "browse", then go to "pictures", "desktop", or "documents"-where ever you saved your picture- then right click on it, when the window opens click "select", then click "attach this file", then when the picture is finished downloading do the same for the rest, then click on "add reply", and there you have it.

I'll post a random picture by doing this procedure now...
