Not a problem, Al. I use searchtempest.com which makes tracking this stuff down much easier. The thing I don't like is when the listings end or are closed, my links are worthless. I try to save pictures or get a screen capture of the really good stuff.

WOW! You know what, I wonder if that truck was the one I used to see on 101 Ave in Ozone Park near me. I know it parked under the abandoned LIRR elevated tracks on 100th street. They were right down the block from Taff who owned the

LFSW in my avatar. Taff had a few oldies including a B61SX and a C model in their shop.I really would like to know what happened to them.

Strange to see one of Steve's trucks being sold by someone else.

At least he's honest with the description:

78 mack dump truck for parts not in good shape motor rebuilt 50000 miles ago runs good drives good cab rotted interior crap will seperate.

Can't fault him for that.

Makes you wonder what happened with Steve. Haven't heard much about him in years now.

Here is another one; http://huntsville.craigslist.org/cto/2939952651.html Supposedly a B-71 fire truck.

I replied to the ad, but I never heard back from the seller. Makes you wonder how bad he wants to sell it.

Money, sex, and fire; everybody thinks everyone else is getting more than they are!

Don't forget www.unclehenrys.com you get more if your a member but they show you some. They have everything just like Craigs list only it's mostly new england. Search engine isn't much, you have to look around a little. The Wed morning paperback form is the Maine bible.

The B-21 was the Hall-Scott with a 1250 GPM pump. I don't think Mack ever made a B-71 fire truck, but I suppose some one could have put a fire body on a B-71 chassis. Looks more like a home made "upgrade" to me.
