See, she don't know as much as she thinks she does; (and don't you dare tell her I said that).

Same thing I've done in the past.

You need a blue one for the other side.

Good old fashioned American ingenuity  Now tack up the roofing all the way across, turn the truck parallel to the barn, have your wife put it in lo and get the nail gun......bang bang bang bang right down the line. Reverse bang bang bang bang. Forward bang bang bang.....you get the idea. :tease:

Good thunking! But you missed the chance to have justification to go buy a Mack bucket truck or better yet a Mack crane.

Tim goes to house after looking at one loose shingle: "Honey, I really hate to do it, but the ole barn you love so much is about to fall over! The high winds done blowed her clean sideways off her rocker. I just gotta go buy that DM with the National 880 crane I saw for sale the other day. Then I would be cooler than that Backer boy out there in Missouri. His crane is on a FORD! Time is wastin, I gotta buy that crane!'"

Wifey responds: "Well, okay baby, if you really need it, they you just go ahead and do what you think is best, I want you to make all the decisions around here from now on. I really love that barn ever since we were dating and we went for a walk that time up to the hay mow..........................."

The wind has been really bad this year. It was blowing me around in W.V. last week, that with a flatbed and low profile load of steel. I haven't heard of any trucks being blown over or anything but it's the worst i've ever seen in these parts. They even had wind advisory signs on I-64, I thought i'd taken a wrong turn and ended up in Wyoming.

Ahh that right tool for the job stuff is overrated. This redneck stuff is more fun to watch. But I'd buy another Mack sure....

Good thing that house was there, they didn't want to dend that scrap steel....every one knows dented scrap steel is worthless. Great video!

Thanks guys for the positive feed back. Justified me buying this ole truck and the plan is to replace the lose nails with screws all the way across. As for the Ford crane, she only lets me get Macks.....sorry Olive. It also has been wicked windy here in the north east kingdom. Been tacking sheds and barn roofs everywhere. Heck I could go into business with a whole fleet of old Macks with staging on them......HHHMMM

DOH!
