at the yard they have the western style tank on a valueliner. its the style that has the ends with the 3 rings "bulls eye" think its a 50 gal? if intrested I can get a price for you..

will be gone the next few days so I may be late to reply...

Ernie, I seen those tanks just last night and they are what you need, in good shape. I purchased the radiator from that truck. If the tanks had been 80 gallon, I'd have got them myself!

spoke to the owner and he does not want to part with the tanks right now. He has a truck still used on the road that has the same style/size tank and wants them for a spare.

Sorry but if that changes I can keep you in the loop. There was a wrecking yard in IA that had a few westerns that had the same style tank. they have a website but I cant find it right now...

Check the numbers, some of these tanks are still in the parts system. $700 plus sounds steep, until you waste a lot of time looking for something that is used but still serviceable. I like Robs Idea of fabricating some straps from stainless.
