I've had thoughts of trying to come up with a pair of 40-50 gal round aluminum tanks I could put on my truck. I'd like to get rid of the stock square tanks, replace them with step boxes(make the right side a battery box) and then hang the round tanks back under the bunk.

I remember years back someone had a set of alum. diamond plate square tanks made for a B model. Neat, but kinda pricey I suppose. Not that my rusty hulk is worth all that.

Just thinking out loud. Maybe someone has something thrown in the back forty that would work?

I use Photobucket to host my pictures, then just copy/paste the link to your post.

I don't want to drag you through too much if they aren't what I'm looking for. It is just another "wannado" thing.

Thanks Don. I guess I'm not wanting something quite that large(couldnt afford to fill them!). 100 gals total is more my speed.

I do like the steps he put on, that's kinda what I was picturing in my head.
