I prefer the 85 LS or 95 LS semi open cabs 1949 or newer (wide front fenders). yarnall Posted May 15, 2012 Share Posted May 15, 2012 The guy I got my 85LS and 405A from has a semi-open cab from Brockton (PA?). It is red. It supposedly runs well. We got it running to get my trucks out of the building, but that was 6 years ago. It was a pretty nice looking truck. I called the guy who has it and he will send more information. The only one I saw in St Paul was on Craigs List and that was a closed cab. Pump works but we have removed the tank due to rust. Truck shows as Londonderry but we believe it may have been engine 5 in Nashua, NH. It may have then been sold to a private owner in the Londonderry area. Have the Mack Service manual. Hale Pump zd10 #11728. $16,000.00 Located in Wall Twp,New Jersey. It later ended up with the Londonderry, NH FireDepartment. Londonderry rehabbed it for a parade vehicle but I don't think that they kept it for very long. I saw it on E-bay a few years ago; it was ownedby a collector in Barre, MA. 609albert Posted May 19, 2012 Share Posted May 19, 2012 that was my mack ,I had purchased from a guy in north carolina, on e-bay ,he lied about condition of the truck,I think he brought it from the guy in barre ma., like I said the guy in N.C. lied about condition ,no brakes at all and some other issues. we rebuilt the brake system completely , complete tune up , and cleaned up ,sold it to the guy that you have photo's of now (tom) he drove it out of my place, a lot better condition than when it came. he only had it for a short while and wanted to sell it to buy a older ALF Ithink from the 30's. learned a lesson , DON'T BUY ON WITHOUT SEEING ANYTHING!
