It does seem to have taller frame rails than this "72.

Downtown Monessen, PA, just across the river from my house. That building is a cosmetology school.

It almost looks like an aluminum frame, could that be?? it could be stretched if it is steel but I don't know about alu.

Could actually be a RD 795.They had 10 5/8" x 5/16" steel frame rails as standard equipment.
