I know there was another truck going by that was on the top 5 worst trucks list too in the NH register a couple years ago and i think he had to clean out his pants once he got by. Bigdogtrucker Posted June 25, 2013 Share Posted June 25, 2013 All i can say is I was looking at Jv3's 67 Mack DM yest on the passenger side above the trunion, the frame rails are blown out and the truck runs daily?I've looked at some of his trucks for sale that were in "great" shape.Frames were split/spread one end to the other!!!Sounds about right what you saw... If he was smart he would have two DOT# like Empire/EMP, Eastriver Oil/Sound View Trans, Tuxis Ohrs/Vitale transportation, Gateway terminal/Port Serves/Lawrence Leasing The state goes after the company that owns the trucks not the company that has the contract.
