this forum of Connecticut construction trucks is how I found this site. are there any pictures of companies such as :: allan Beard  ::/  watertown construction{ they had a beautiful R-700 tractor). / Schiavi construction( red with superman style S graphics  on door). E G Pugano.  glad this post shows up after all the yrs ago it started.

10 yrs later and the B81 still runs the highway. I was behind him on rte 63  last week.

the stripe on the hood is familiar ::  could it be a G&L construction ???? don't know if like many companies in this over-taxed state , G&L still in business= or their truck run by someone else.

offset cab???  Looked straight to me..  Oh well..

Yeah OK  DM..   Hell I drove late 70's DM's for a tick over a year in Maine..  :)

OK,,,  just  figured it out...  I didnt look back far enough at the pictures..  My mistake,  Definately a DM..  :)

Damn it...  now I looked again,,,  yes there is a DM and an R in a picture but the one with the chrome bumper is the one I thought was an RB.. It's a different truck..

Damn You !! Mech,,   I am Laughing too..  I get so pumped up , then I start posting..  I need to take a breath..  :)  either way, all are great trucks..  Jojo

Ive owned it for 5-year's  G&L put a lot into it new lift axle , remack motor , rebuilt both rear's complete brake job , and a new body ........And I bought for 35-K.......The Father passed and now the  2-son's  passed away  He called me to see if I would buy it .......We did a brake job , shifter , tire's , and a rear spring so far and we have new front hub's and rim's and cab mount on driver side it's heavy good for 22-ton only image.jpeg.75411417c8a27a4e892f11e64619e592.jpeg
