I was looking at the Macungie thread, and the guys were talking about awsome. It reminded me of a youtube video someone showed me.

Now, I'm neither a huge Cat engine fan, or a Peterbilt fan, but it you want to talk about awsome, check this out. Make sure your speakers are on.

In case you missed it, this is a 3412 (yes a 3412) Cat engine. (eaaasy on that throttle!!!!)

Daveigou: I drove a Pacific P16w with a 3412 in it coupled to a Allison 6061 6 speed power shift and rockwell 132000 rears. They were rated at 650 hp.Looked like a Big Boy locomotive when you punched the throttle. We had them made for pulling 3 100 ton plusloads of logs 20miles at 6% adverse(old railway grade). No problem with this kind of power. No end to it.Theres pictures of them on Hankstruckpictures.M&B's H 92 ,93,94.Bob D
