NO, Ultraliners are cabovers. In one of my U model brouchers it says ULTRALINER across the top with the U model right under it.

Ultraliner may have been a unofficial nickname they used for advertising purposes and later resurrected for the MH. Like putting "Fantastic" on an F model brochure.

To sum up what young Vinny said in the beginning, the DM is a heavier duty model with beefy frame, axles, made for "Dumper / Mixer" applications while the U is a lighter duty, lighter weight road tractor usually found "Upside-down"
