Hello Everyone,

I am new to the forum so here goes!

I have a 2000 CX613 with the E7-460 and I am having problems with the engine shutting off while driving. Every time this happens I read the codes with the scanner and get one for low oil pressure. All the fluids are at proper level so I have added a mechanical oil pressure gauge to the truck to make sure that I do have proper oil pressure when this happens and yes I have plenty of oil pressure. So when this happens I replace the sensor and it works fine for about a month and then it starts again. I have gone through about 5 sensors in the last 5 months and I am getting fed up with it since they are not cheap. Can someone please help with some advise on this since I would like to get to the root cause of this and not have to keep on replacing sensors.

Thanks,
