Hey Guys,

Been doing some looking and can't find the numbers for the 'B's' colors

Red is the one I'm after right now but Blue and Green would be nice to have for later.

Was Yellow a Mack color? I've got a '65 'B' with yellow paint but don't know if that is a company color or Macks.

Thanks,

Packer

Think basic colors, blue, green, red, black, white, yellow, and I think orange. I think that does it for the 50's and into the 60's. You could specify other colors, my D-42 was built painted Sinclair green and red.

Hi Guys,

I have some old Dupont "Dulux code" paint books and chips. The colors listed are the following:

Yellow is 93-24067 (for the record, this yellow is more like the "Caterpillar yellow" than the "John Deere yellow")

Blue is 93-24160

Orange is 93-60659

Green is 93-65541

Red is 93-77968

White is 93-21667

Black is 93-005

Any automotive paint dealer can cross these numbers to PPG, Sikkens or any other brand of paint you wish to use. Hope this helps!

Jeff...
