Use to pass it on our way to Bristol each year but several years ago we began taking a different route and don't go past it any more. I believe it isn't far from Kingsport, TN but I am not sure. This rectangluar version is the Confederate Naval Ensign and was flown by Confederate warships. The land flag of Northern Virginia and Trans Tennessee is square, same St Andrews Cross.
