I saw this 59 B 613 truck on ebay, link below, and it appears to have a one piece, tilt fiberglass

or steel formed front end, hood and fenders. I have not seen this before.

Can anyone shed any details or information on what years these were used? Is it a factory item or aftermarket?

There was an aftermarket fiberglass hood for the B61 and LT models. This topic came up a wile back and I do belive it was said that Mack did tinker with there own fiberglass hoods near the end of b model production. it makes sence as I have seen 2 diffrent virsions for the B61 models.

That's a Clariben hood on that B-613.Clariben made aftermarket hoods for several different trucks. They were still advertising hoods for B-models in the early '80's but I've not heard much about the company in several years, don't know if they are still in business or not.
