tow truck

hello maddog.

it`s myintension to fix it up as a wrecker.

we have saveral b models here in holland but no wreckers.

i showed the truck on the mack day here in holland and everyone liked it.

i also bought a european truck to tow behind it.

but the most of the metal is all rusted to hell so i9t`s gona be a lot of work and a half new truck.

no we don`t have snow yet.

it`s to warm for snow here.

yup, thats the one i remember from Dennis's place. it has L model rear spring hangers?? those are def L model Mack spring hangers hot rivetted to the frame with the rubber ends on them.

yea I'm with you on that one, I remember seeing that truck (or one like it) on oldmacks.com

I have -20 day time at the moment.

worked on the towtruck today.

it`s getting worse every time some parts come of.

i think i have to replace some parts of the frame.

hope to find the parts to restore it.

gona take some pictures and post them next time.
