I have purchased a 1983 Mack r model straight truck. it has a e-6 350 engine and a 12 speed that doesn't shift. I bought the truck to swap the suspension out so I would have s-cam brakes but after pressure washing it up found the trunnion was cracked and almost broke in 2. I am wanting to put the brake parts in my B-model B-53 tandem dump truck with wedge brakes. they don't hardly work enough to stop a loaded truck any way. Will the brake parts fit on the old b-model or will I have to change the axle housings. All help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
