I think I've seen that one in the last picture, can't quite be sure!!

Anyone else ever seen that one??

Ron

Is that the Vinnster's "before"?

I see the driver's side mirror is bent. It must have fell on its side!

You probably have, something looked vaguely familiar about it to me too, but I just can't place it.

Sweet!!! Never seen some of them, but the blue ambulance is a DM. I absolutely love that little single axle U, the Augleiria one, any info on that, and the last picture!!! Whered you find these? AND ARE THERE ANY MORE???

I looked at about 13,000 pictures to find these! They were on facebook, but mostly they post pictures and give little or no info. about the truck. I thought the ambulance was a DM but I wasn't sure.

Wait a sec, how did my U model get on Facebook? Just curious?

yours wasn't, it's on BMT.

Here's some more that might be U's. It's hard for me to tell sometimes because of the camera angle, I don't have the trained U-model eye.

How about these?

What about this one?

I thought to myself quite the same way.

I like red-brown car transporter, Looks very good with a sleeper.

Last pair red/green are definetly R's.

It seems to me I have got well-trained U-model looking skill.

I agree with Vlad. The first two are definitely R models. Pretty nice looking trucks. That last one sure is ugly enough to be a U model, but I think it is a VCO.

Here is a whole fleet of ugly trucks. Maybe they are DMs. The picture was taken in West Hazelton, PA around 2004.

Here is one more. It was sold at auction when Frames was liquidated. I think that was in 2009, but maybe 2010.

This one I am pretty sure is a U model, but sorry, no serial number on this one either.

Mike

Holy mother Mike, thats a U!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Its awesome, wherd she go? Any more U model pictures? The dumps are DM's, and the two trucks that O.D. posted are R models.

These round nosed trailors look nice with B's or early R models.

It's not looking well when B or R is coupled with a modern maxy size hard conered van trailor

The Augliera truck is a perfect example of how a U should look, IMO of course.

The first 2 are U models that had the cabs knocked "on center" as the result of a driver's side rollover.

The third is a "Lady U", designed by men to be driven by women.
