Hello, my name is Greg, I don't actually have an old truck project yet, but am looking at one, that's why I am here. The scrapyard took in an old Mack B-88 and I am trying to find out if the old beast is worth saving. It came from the coal mine at Beulah, ND, is it strictly an off road truck? It's a pretty awesome looking beast. I looked around the inside of the cab, could not find any serial number, where do I look for that info? The truck is complete except for the emblems on the hood, ran not too long ago. No rust out, has a few dents in the cab. The yard wants to get 3 grand for it and I wonder if it's worth that much to save it from getting cut up? I looked around on the internet and couldn't find any references to a B-88, it must not be a very common truck? Sorry, no picture yet, I'll try and slip over there this weekend and get a couple shots.

Thanks for any help, Greg
