Hi All,

Recently I bought an 88 Superliner Gravel Truck with an E9 and 12 spd. To say I'm impressed is a bit of an understatement. This truck is strong! Now my Dad had a couple Superliners in the 80's with V8's and they were no doubt pretty much wore out. He used them a bit and sold them. (Didn't want to spend the money to rebuild them)! I remember 10 years ago he bought a Superliner gravel truck with an NTC 475. I drove it once and wow, that was something. I remember it had over 30 lbs boost. Of course that was sold too.

So, here I am with my newest aquisition. It has 500,000 miles and has been taken care of. It has a Peerless aluminum box that is polished and a steerable tag axle. Someone spent alot of money, years ago, when they ordered it! I've repaired a few little things, but overall it's a true testament to Mack engineering that we'll probably never see again.
