Does anyone know how to save copies of images published in Truck Paper?

I click on "View Full Size", then "right click", and "save picture as". When I try to view it with Windows Picture Viewer I get the following message "drawing failed". What am I doing wrong? scratcher.gif

Well for some reason the pic don't show, but if you click on the black area,it will appear, least it did on mine.

I'm also seeing black but the big pic opens for me also. The same happens with my computer

A few things to make sure of...when you "save as" make sure it is adding the correct file extension...if it is blank, picture viewer may not open it...

Depending on how the page is programmed, you may be saving a "page" with the picture embedded in it...pictue viewer will not open an ".html" file

If you ever run into images that only let you right click and save on the thumbnail...try to "save target as". this will work because the page with the thuumbnail

has code which "opens" the large image, depending on teh software used to create the page, it will save the proper large sized bmp or jpg image.

mine too. nice looking B there in the rain.

I double checked the file extension....JPG. And I also renamed and saved the pic as xxxxx.jpg with the extension in the name and still nothing. I can open the pic file with Quicktime but not Windows. I can "save as" from other sites and open with Windows, just not Truck Paper. mad1.gif

I guess I am not supposed to consider buying this item.

Leversole tried to help but with no luck. banghead.gif I did however find a solution. I opened the files with my photochop program (Photo Pos Pro) and resaved the images with NO modifications. I am now able to open the files with Windows Picture and Fax Viewer. BTSOOM! puzzled.gif

Yes truck paper has done something so you can not save there pictures. Unless they are full sized and have a "Truck paper" hologram through the middle. I don't get it.

I scratched my head for 30 minutes trying to think of the word I wanted to use in my post earlier.Hologram, damn pain pills anyway, can't concentrate anymore.

I think the word is "watermark". Better lay off those pain pills SD! BTW, how are you doing lately? Is the shoulder SLOWLY getting better?

I'm shure "Hologram" relates to 3D pictures, watermark - when you see it through.

So that Truckpapers logo is called just "mark" on my mind.
