Acme refining must have gone under I see some of their tractors parked at other companies and they were peeling the names off the doors and saw one of their RDs on a lowboy in front of me heading north the lowboy had Wisconsin plates.

The kid took it over from the Dad, then changed the name to PURE metals. Sounds like he got a little over extended from the story I heard and lost the place. He is back in business in a small yard off of 35th and Racine. Right next to Pershing rd where you go up over the bridge by the Vulcan recycle yard and Columbia Pipe and Supply. It's a small place called Bridgeport Metals.

Been back to work 2 weeks now.got to drive a cat 740 haul truck at the new farm and fleet  in romeville. Then the six wheeler  and rd .got dot d Thursday  got a couple warnings but no ticket country  supply has the sid kamp  4 axle rd for sale on the truck paper site nice truck .
