I used calcium chloride hauling gravel it would last half the day until I had to respray it then it would melt anything stuck in the trailer before I reached the pit. I mixed calcium chloride with RV antifreeze, that worked well on loads that couldn't smell. we use diesel unless the load will be sniffed. We used vegetable oil in clay dirt, slide right out, no smell.
