Anyone have a clue what an A40 Mack Gas might be worth? Engine did run a few years ago but stuck now. Body is complete one dent on drivers fender and needs a floor in the cab. Overall nice truck, rookie needs help thanks.

My '51 A30 is valued at $14,000 but it is VERY clean,no dents, rust, etc., runs great and has only 8800 original miles.I would stab in the dark and say $3000 +or- based on your description.Stuck engine doesn't sound good but it may not be the end of the world.Usually the cylinder walls flash rust and the rings seize to the walls.Sometimes they can be freed up with some penetrating oil in the spark plug holes.

I know where an A-40 gas is sitting in a field too.Don't know if it's for sale or not,but it's been there a while. There's a picture of it in my gallery. It's still in the same spot in Moneta,Va.
