I have a 1959 mack firetruck with a 707cui gas motor in it. Let me give ya a little back story. I work at the macungie mack plant and i thought it would be awesome to own a antique mack. So i bought one. My kids love it. So i was giving it a simple tune up before a parade and i snapped a sparkplug off in the cylinder. I then proceeded to snap off a easy out in the cylinder. To make a long story short i removed the head and piston took all the chunks out and put everything back together. It runs fine. That was for a little. I did not hook back up the govener rod to the carb. Again at first it didnt seem to matter but now when i start it, it revs at like90 percent throttle the whole time. Please help me.
