3 stick shifting?

Reminds me of the guy in Arizoner with the KB12 International. He said "it's got a 13 speed with a 3 speed Browny and a 2 speed rear axle, which gives me 78 forward speeds".

Producer of poorly photo-chopped pictures since 1999.

Yeah, in 5% steps. In 45th direct he'll barrelling along at 7 mph.

If you watch all of the videos with the guy from Aus he is a real pro and a very nice guy. Always enjoyed watching them. That 16 speed Spicer is the cat's ass.

Cheers, Rob

I drove a 14 speed spicer for a while,i loved it!.....................................Mark

Really good looking truck too. He ought to do a video of him running it through the gears.

that's seriously what the KB 12 has in it, it's around the 2:40 mark in the video.

Nice truck. That in cab ether injection system would've saved me from a few exhaust soot rain showers when I was younger and my Dad drove cabovers.

I made one of those for my '57 GMC dump truck, but then I fixed the carb and never needed the ether. They're easy to make, but also easy to get dependent on,when a little TLC can sometimes make the truck start easier without ether.(We used to make a mix of half ether and half Diesel fuel in an oil squirt can to prime the generators. They sometimes had a rough time starting at -65 and 10,200 feet altitude.Don't know how you'd arrange that as an "in cab" start-assist.)

Personally,i always liked the "feel" of the old style 13 speed knob better than the "new and improved" modern version.......................................Mark

The one on the left could be pre-selected, which was rough on the back box, the one on the right can't be pre-selected which is alot easier on the tranmission.
