Looks a lot different from the way i was told how they use to do it. My dad worked fro Hallamore when they built 691 in CT. They used 2 DM600s and 2 DM800s. The bridge beams were put on bolster plates on the fifth wheel and then on mini trailers in the back. They were very long beams too. One of the Dm800 blew a tire going up there and he had to use a lot of jacks to get it off the ground.

Since we were talking about letterers here is my new logo that Glenn Designs did for me. I have my business cards done already and this will be the lettering on the trucks sooner than later.

Those mixer truck pics are excellent! I love that Upper Cape RM.....unusual that this RM doesn't have a front drive axle! Have you got anymore mixer pictures?
