A young man by the name of Scott Lester, Centerville, NY, owned a Farquhar steam traction engine and showed it at many antique tractor shows about 10 years ago.

Don't know if he still owns it, but he seemed to consider himself an expert on the Farquhar.

Good luck

we got a hold of Scott today and made his day.We have the one he has been pulling his hair out looking for.ours is the only two cyl.made and is the 14th known to excist.thanks for all the help sm54 and phildirt.

Glad to hear that a Farquhar is being restored. I used to run a Geiser "Peerlees" that had the boiler replaced by Farquhar. They made great boilers. What is your pressure rated at? Best of luck.

Was the one you ran at a gas n steam show.
