DBogo Posted October 18, 2007 Share Posted October 18, 2007 i bought an 88 mack rd690 dump that had a radio in it at one time but once i got it, it wasnt there anymore, the wires and plugs are still there, i got a pioneer radio from my buddys junk yard that came out of a hyundai, i know i got to cut off the hyundai plug but the pioneer had 10 wires and the mack has 5, does anyone know what those five wires are for, like what color does what? Barry Posted October 18, 2007 Share Posted October 18, 2007 The Mack probably has only two speakers so there's 4 wires. The 5th is probably for a power antenna or something. I'm not sure on color codes...someone else may have that info. Here is the only diagram I could find.
