I've been checking out the L.I.E. cams throughout the day. wet in some spots and littered with vehicles in others. It gets worse the further east you go,

You didn't see those small letters above the grill? I knew it wasn't his 'cause I can see the surreal number. It looks like his fire extinguisher needs a recharge, too.

They are using A Cat loader with a fork attachment to move cars to the side of the roads to plow them open, We had stuck police cars, fire trucks civilian cars and even State and County snow plows. Even a house collapse from the weight of the snow in Selden. Worst than people expected I guess.

Don't know guys how do you used for all this but looks impressive and unpleasurant. On a side note, privat plowing equipement exists overhere absolutely not.

It's against my religion to shovel snow. If I can't get in or out of the house due to snow, all that means is that it's time to get a bigger truck.

When approaching a 4-way stop, the vehicle with the biggest tires has the right of way!

I assume you gentlemen will put your free time to good use and review the lessons from your most recent days at school?

TWO STROKES ARE FOR GARDEN TOOLS

Here you go Matt-a little Deere! We had about 24" . One failure- one of the tangs on my junkyard Fisher finally let go-cut some new stock, drilled it, welded back on good to go.

Just saw Hamden had 40"- highest in New England

We got about 42" here in NB. My dad wants to know why you have Mobil signs on you barn but not Gulf. I sent you a PM by the way too.

Holy chit, what a storm, did 70 hrs strait for the Town of Brookhaven, they were totally out gunned, they have so few trucks and most of the contracted trucks are pickups, all the pickups quit on Friday night, they couldn't push the snow, blowing trans and just getting stuck,I had to put full loads of sand on my trucks to get around and was still having trouble, been plowing for 40 years and never saw a storm as bad as this..

I see the Acting Highway supervisor resigned today because he went away during the storm and nobody was running our show. Paul

LOL the Supervisor was on vacation and the acting superintendent of hwy was out the whole storm with a tooth ache, what a wimp,It wouldn't make any difference any how,to few trucks and way to much snow, there gonna get there asses kicked anyway...

One of our DPW guys was pulling out our one and only Freightliner and he was leaning back and looking behind him to see if anyone was coming, chain broke, came through window in the loader and hit his collar bone and chest. If he wasn't looking behind him it would of hit his head and killed him. Only left a large bruise luckily.
