I'm a little bewildered

On my 673P motor the valve cover breather fed into the air intake for the engine.

Now on my 673T "C" motor, the breather just feeds overboard.

Is there a reason for this?

I would have thought it would have been beneficial to burn those gases.

Can I change it so that it goes into the air intake?

Thoughts appreciated.

Thanks. Rod.
