This counts for misc. Doesn't it? 5LLD Euclid.

Did that truck just come from Allens towing in Hampshire IL? Was parked about 10 miles from my house for the last 20 years.

Got to be the same truck. Although the step on the front looks like it got beat up and is missing the beacon light.

Same truck. Now in WV.

I took those pictures in October of 09 because they had started dismantling the truck for shipment and it didn't get moved till

this year. Neat truck. Jack and Gene Allen have both passed away but they had quite the collection of trucks and scratch

built tow trucks. The company is currently run by their son in law and grandson. Thanks for the reply.

This gas job R series international is run frequently around the bridgeport area by a tennis court/paving contractor. The Buick Wagon is the utility vehicle and often pulls a 1 ton roller behind it

Great pic, happy to see they still run it.That's a V series by the way.

looks like it dropped in a hole.

Producer of poorly photo-chopped pictures since 1999.

Rob,this one? I just found this too,i still don't recall them offered from the factory though............................Mark

There was an article in Overdrive about these, they were referred to as the "Double Eagle" and I'm almost certain the one in yourpic is an actual production model. IIRC the Overdrive article was about one of the big shows of that particular year. Looking at the roof, the blue one appears to be home made.
