Ive removed the 3 bolts in the door and the 2 in the post. I can see that there is something else holing me up but cant quite figure how to get to it. maybe some rust or someone welded it? got a picture? my doors came right off when i pulled the bolts from the hinge to the door, I left the hinges in place on the cab then went to work on them

takin hinges off cab? theres 3 bolts per hinge. both the top and bottom hinges have 3 bolts, the top has an extra bracket that bolts to higne and backside of dash with a 5/16th bolt and the bottom hing has a hidden bolt thru the center of it you can reach with a long extension. goes right thru the backside of the hinge. you can see it with the door opened.
