David - I agree, this one smells. At least there are phone numbers to call...local police station or "cat" house? Truck looks too good to sell for $3000. If it were closer I might be interested. I should call and listen to his "story".

Hey, guys I bought it! I was concerned too about the seller but after talking to him I was totally okay with it. The truck is not that far from me either and the interior is like new!! Anytime I see a Mack V8 and that kinda $$ is it worth it just for the parts. The story is one of those someone owed somebody and then the guy disappeared and it was abandoned. fortunately the original owner still had the title and the seller was able to track it down. I have to say that I usually pay too much for a truck but not on this one.

Should have it home next week.
