If the truck has been completely rebuilt, taken care of, and not abused, which it looks as it has, I think its a fair price. But then again they say pictures can be deceiving. I guess that why there is a phone number listed to get all the questions answered.

That's why you buy one already done and let the guy who restored it loose all the money. You get the truck/car at half the restoration cost or less.

My guess would be between 13-16k if rebuilt
