20%? Holy hamburgers- (Vinny,2012) -, the steepest i've seen before was 14%, coming from Spruce Pine, N.C.

Probably seen just as steep but I can remember 10% coming across 40 out of Md into Pa by Frostburg

40 from Uniontown over to Keysers Ridge? Yeah, there's a lot of steep ones across there!

The GPS programmers need to include the phrase "You can't get there from here" into when asked for directions between certain locations in PA. That's a common phrase around here.

I had 5 skids of fireworks on a load home from Harrisburg last week and had to run 322 & 22 because I was placarded for Explosives which are forbidden in the Turnpike tunnels. I would consider that a "beginners" route compared to some of the other roads over the mountains but the 25 miles or so it adds to the run takes an additional 45-50 minutes.
