I am buliding a Mack dump truck I bought without engine or transmission. I am putting a Fuller manual transmission and Mack V8. I got a sealed ball bearing pilot bearing and it is a slip fit on the input shaft and ID of the bearing. There is no play in it but if you turn the outerrace while the bearing is on the input shaft the inner race will spin. Is this right or should it be a press fit?
