no bottoms for the battery boxes

The reason I'm selling the tops is my lower boxes are both wasted beyond repair, I have no idea why I have good tops lol but I'm just going to go with the r model style boxes insted of spending 3 years to find good lowers.

i remember the 1st year I went to Macungie, about 20 years ago..... Tidewater mack was just getting into the B model parts thing. they had a stack of about 20 original B model battery boxes, top and bottoms. god to turn back the clock. who knew??

Last night my friends grand father was over his house and we were talking about battery boxes and he said the plate shop always had a bunch laying around they seemed to only want to make those and they never had enough of the other parts they were supposed to make
