My father took this picture in 1984. We would always go and look at the Macks ready for delivery when we left the truck show. Of course this picture was taken in the film days when each picture cost something. I don't know how he chose to take a picture of this MH when there is an RW right next to it an in the row behind. I just realized this topic leaves out all of us MH612 guys. Maybe we will have to start our own thread. Mike

I think that 603 was a glider. 612 single axle Mack power 643 tandem Cat power 633 tandem Cummins power 653 tandem Detroit power. Im not positive

"5" is CAT.

We are not supposed to talk about DD.....

Yes they were. For many years Mack used these codes numbers after the 4, 6, 7, etc indicating chassis weight.

Looks like a Martin's MH in the background (roof mounts for the air deflector are visible).
