For SPN1127

It says in the book that boost pressure is too low in the turbo charger and likely sources are air leaks in the hoses, pipes or cooler or the EGR failure

For SPN102

Deals with the Intake Manufold Pressure - Pressure sensor output is too low. Likely causes are a fualty harness, intake manifold pressure sensor or inlet air leakage

I am not very mechanically inclined so that is all I have for you coming from their Codes book
