We the unwilling, Lead by the unqualified, are doing the impossible, for the ungrateful.

Well said Paul, and Vlad, i'm sorry I didn't get to meet you and your son.

Thanks other dog, It seems that we all work like eager beavers our whole lives, saving and planning for the future, whether it be private enterprise or government. Then the future comes and there is always something that intercedes with the plan, its not supposed to happen this way, it can't be. I've never seen it to fail. So the moral of the story is more steel as like Vlad says the future is here.

casey's truck salvage in buffalo would have been a good place to stop and check out. 40 + acres of trucks. new and old.

It looks like you had a very nice visit, Vlad. Thank you for sharing the photos. You visited many places that I would like to visit when I have time.

I also have this thing in common for shure.

That's why I make many stops by a long way. Niagara falls weren't really the aim, I more wanted to lay the trip down that point but look as much over as I could.

Of course It's much easier when you're on holiday but it's look to me as an important matter to think about when on a job.

You spend much more time when but more and more less than if you do a special holiday trip to same points.

And from my side I tested it many time and glad to say - it works :)

Hi Vlad, some pics I took when I visited the Kruzenshtern when it docked in Buzzards Bay after losing half of its forward mast in a storm in the Bermuda Triangle. U see the railroad and auto bridges in one photo it could not clear to sail on to Boston. I believe it sailed back to Germany or Russia for repairs after it rounded the islands and outer Cape.

No, I mean Kruzenshtern with all the masts on the picture above.

By the word I looked both sides down the river than crossed the bridge in New London CT but didn't catch any big mast vessel.

OK it was en route from Guantanamo Bay to St. Petersburg, FL. So you would have been unable to see it as it was on a cadet training voyage. First pic as the Segelschulschiff Horst Wessel in 1938 and second pic as the Coast Guard Barque Eagle today.
